Rocsi is a nutritionist specialising in menstrual health and the founder of @heralignedhub, a platform dedicated to challenging outdated narratives in women’s health through science-led education.

Her work focuses on the connection between the gut microbiome and menstrual health, exploring how microbial balance influences menstrual pain, PMS, and conditions such as PCOS. She translates emerging research into practical, evidence-based strategies that support cycle regulation and long-term wellbeing.

Through workshops, education programmes, speaking engagements, and one-to-one client work, Rocsi has supported hundreds of women in understanding their bodies and using nutrition to improve menstrual health.

Alongside her independent work, she contributes to brands pushing women’s health forward. She sits on Daysy’s Advisory Board as a Strategic Advisor, where she leads on strengthening educational frameworks, shaping product and app experience through a user-informed lens, and guiding content and feature development to improve how women interpret and understand their cycles.

Her work sits at the intersection of science, education, and advocacy, making complex research accessible so women can make informed decisions and take ownership of their health.
